Time Frame: All items ship as ordered via fed ex, or us post office. tracking will be provided as soon as your order is processed. All items ( in stock ship within 3 business days. Please be advised our journals are made at time of order and may take up to 4 weeks to ship. 

 Please be sure to be as specific as possible in all emails, that way we can serve you to the best of our ability.  All items that are out of stock will ship when they arrive. We will notify you of this incase you wish not to wait for it. Shipments that come from India may take up to 2 weeks to arrive to us. We will then ship them to you as soon as they arrive.

Shipping:  We are not responsible for damages that happen in shipping, all  items are insured so if any damage has occurred please let us know and we will help you to file any claim that may be necessary We use Fed Ex &USPS to ship our packages. Please be sure your address is correct as we are not responsible for lost packages. Also please be aware all shipping time frames are estimates given by the shipping company and are not guaranteed times. We do not control their policies, but we will do our very best to work with you on any issue you may have. We process our shipments everyday, Labels are done on one day & the item will be picked up by Fed EX that same week. You will receive an email with tracking info once your item has been shipped &/or processed.

Overseas Shipping: Please be sure to let us know of any issues for your countries customs. We like to be sure we have all needed info before shipping so we do not have any problems getting your items to you in a timely manner. For example, some countries require you declare the value, but not all do. Please let us know if anything like this is required for your country. Please note should an item  be returned to our country do to an invalid address provided by the buyer, The buyer must pay an additional shipping charge to re send the items back.

Returns:

We will take returns within 14 days of receipt of any item except All Damaged or Clearance items. They are sold as is and are not returnable.  Simply send the item in question back to us and we will gladly credit your card ( Minus shipping) and /or send a check or money order refund to you. You may also request a store credit if you so desire or simply exchange it for another item. If you have any questions please feel free to email us and we will be happy to help. We want you to be happy with every item you purchase from us.

Your name, credit info and contact info will NEVER be given out to anyone unless you authorize it to be so or we are given a court order to do so.
